20 chicken wings
1 tsp of salt
¼ cup of red hot sauce
1 tbsp of paprika
¼ cup of butter
¼ cup of sweet chilli sauce
¼ cup of tomato sauce
¼ cup of fruit apricot chutney
¼ cup of barbeque sauce
1 tsp of ground black pepper
- In a deep saucepan, combine and heat all the sauce ingredients together, stirring until hot. Remove from the heat and pour the sauce in a large heatproof bowl.
- Next, pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season with the salt.
- Deep fry the wings until the skin turns a golden brown colour, about 8 minutes. Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and transfer while hot to the sauce and coat generously.
- Serve with a delicious dip and green salad.
