Spicy Hot Wings

  • 20 chicken wings

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • ¼ cup of red hot sauce

  • 1 tbsp of paprika

  • ¼ cup of butter

  • ¼ cup of sweet chilli sauce

  • ¼ cup of tomato sauce

  • ¼ cup of fruit apricot chutney

  • ¼ cup of barbeque sauce

  • 1 tsp of ground black pepper


  • In a deep saucepan, combine and heat all the sauce ingredients together, stirring until hot. Remove from the heat and pour the sauce in a large heatproof bowl.
  • Next, pat your chicken wings dry with a paper towel and season with the salt.
  • Deep fry the wings until the skin turns a golden brown colour, about 8 minutes. Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and transfer while hot to the sauce and coat generously.
  • Serve with a delicious dip and green salad.
