We cannot accept returns/exchanges of any goods purchased via the website.
Cancellation of orders:
You have the right to cancel any order within 2 (two) days of placing it.
Credit card: If you paid for the order by credit card, we will refund you the amount paid within 48 – 72 hours.
Direct Bank Deposits and Electronic Fund Transfers: If you used this payment option, please note:
New regulations stipulate that in order to perform a refund for any Direct Deposit/EFT/Instant EFT purchases, we require one of the following from you:
- Stamped bank confirmation letter on the bank’s letterhead
- Client bank statement showing the client’s name and account detail
Please forward your order number as well as one of the above proof of banking details to orders@fatimasydow.wpmudev.host so that we can effect the refund.
